Oblivion

I may be most important

My every action looked upon

A person whom everyone can confine to

I may be loved by all

I may matter now

But

I may not tomorrow

My actions forgotten

Someone you wont talk to anymore

I wont be loved anymore

Because oblivion is obvious !!

Oblivion may be obvious but not necessarily instantaneous. A part of you can always be remembered, just as a part of you will be forgotten. None of us are perfect however, if you are compassionate and sensitive to those around you, you will be remembered. Success in life could be described as leaving a positive impact, no matter how small, and if you can achieve that, you will not go into oblivion for a long time.

    1. Saloni says:

Yeah maybe but at the moment i am forgotten by many whom i considered as my close ones. But yes oblivion is not instaneous

  2. What you wrote is true and is reality but may be its not for you because you are lucky ๐Ÿ˜€ that is what i know about you ……

    1. Saloni says:

Thank you ๐Ÿ™‚ but even the luckier can be forgotten

  3. bhavpreet says:

hey hi , .. you are right but thats the reality … everyone and everything at some point become oblivion … but it doesn’t mean to be pessimist about that … there is an optimist view that, make your acts & deeds so loud and impressive that they stay for most long before being oblivion … wat u say ????

    1. Saloni says:

Yeah obviously we have personalities like mother teresa, shakespeare etc who are not forgotten as their actions and words were too loud but normal people like me are forgotten

      1. bhavpreet says:

        i will remember u .. ๐Ÿ˜‰ ..don’t worry .. lol ….. just keep writing and doing good deeds……

      2. Saloni says:

Haha okay but i wont be remembered long

      3. bhavpreet says:

ok .. now why u think so dear ??? ๐Ÿ™‚

      4. bhavpreet says:

        hats off …. u r are a real hero… u won ..

  4. Oblivion is not the point of focus in life. It’s not a demon. Whether we face oblivion or we don’t, we come out of that state and oblivion is very temporary. Our actions are not meant for skipping the course of oblivion. Oblivion is Not worth it. It is Just a state.

    1. Saloni says:

Yeah you are right that oblivion is a state but it is permanent. Its not always necessary that we come out of this state. Like my writings maybe liked by you today but tomorrow it may not be. After some time we tend to forget as its in our nature

      1. Oblivion is just a state where you are unaware what is going around you so how can you say it is permanent. People are not drunk all the time just for a matter of time.

      2. Saloni says:

Well thats what you feel . I just stated what i felt.

  5. Saloni says:

Yeah true . The people who love me wont forget me. You are right . I am amazed that you know me well.

  6. Saloni I think now after reading your comments u r over assuming oblivion.

    1. Saloni says:

Maybe i am but that what i believe in

  7. Yeah I may like your writings today and I may not tomorrow but as long as you are true to what you are writing and expressing nothing else makes a difference. Everything will fall back right in front.

    1. Saloni says:

      Hope so. Thank you

      1. Anytime… ๐Ÿ˜€

  8. ladeonline says:

Oblivion is simply inevitable…we should all come to terms with it.

    1. Saloni says:

      Yeah its the bitter truth

  9. Stars Of Life says:

I will just comment the last line from the expression and will always remember it,
    “Oblivion is Obvious”
