Beautiful Bloom

Time has gone,

For being in our protective saplings,

Unaware of the world,

Away from threats and insects of danger,

Hiding ourselves.

But now the time has come,

To Bloom !

Bloom in our own way,

In our own colour.

To understand our surroundings,

To show the world are qualities,

Our capabilities.

Because where we bloom,

In what colour we bloom,

Or for how many days we bloom,

Does not matter.

What matters is how beautifully we bloom.

Of course I do. The way you convert poetry into images are novel. I would still like to read a sequel of “Love Behind the Hatred”.

Then its my honor. Well I am not sure about sequel but definitely look about it. Thanks again

  2. I love this.
The two criticisms that jumps at me most would be that ‘is’ instead of ‘has’ might pack more punch in the first line and your second line seems a little out of step with the rest of the poem. You seem to shift perspective and tense between the second and third line somehow.
Otherwise I’m really impressed. It’s a really good poem.
